We are unable to provide a refund once you have been billed, since we incur significant costs to build your custom websites. When you place your order, we engage a small army of talented writers, graphic artists, and webmasters on your behalf and we are committed to paying them. But you are free to cancel your membership anytime in order to avoid being billed in the future.

This policies and procedures applies to IMWorkers Physical products.
